The winter has taken its toll. No biking or windsurfing since Boxing Day has left me totally unfit & 2Kgs up.

So the trail at Cwmcarn was twice as tough as usual. At least, the uphill bit (or lot) was twice as tough. Coming down was easy!!

Good fun, hard work, but my God, do I need to get out more!!
